ALLEY CAT	I think its safe to assume that many of our POA membership heading to the Smokys event have now departed. For those of us lost, poor souls not attending,,,,,let us keep up the post questions and chatter while they are having some great fun cruising. CTProwler	I'm still here----life is full of choices, i've been to 13 Indy 500's 2 Indy Formula 1's 8 Daytona 500, World series, NHL Playoffs, NBA Finals, Super Bowls, NBA, MLB, NHL All Star Games-- Final Four, and (Niagara Falls Cruise!!!LOL) Just to list a few events. So if i miss the biggest prowler Event in the WORLD!!! Well, Next Years will be even Bigger! Thats the way I have to look at It!! ------------------
whealy	Well guys for me, I leave tomorrow morning. The curse of living to close to the event! I've got my laptop and camera on the list of things to take (that's assuming i don't forget them). I'll do my best to keep ya updated as I'm sure others will as well. Let's just pray for a safe trip both ways for all ... ------------------
tangled up in BLUE	Spent the day getting some cars cleaned and back in storage.....packing in a few hours and leaving early Sunday AM About a 6 hour trip....several Kats from New Castle are making the trip together....AC, send you a postcard

CTProwler	If i was 6 hrs away, i'd be there today until late tues nite, then be home for kids and school on wed. But i'm 20 hrs away. (if i stay close to speed limit!) Just isn't possible. Now i feel lucky it was only 7 1/2 hrs to niagara falls back in june. Safe trip to everyone!!! ------------------
BeWare	I spent all day cleaning the Kat, Truck and trailer. It rained last night. Loaded the Kat . Going to start packing in a few and heading out in the morning. Meeting Jay "Yeller Cat" Harris and the FL group at 9:30.

Marty Usher	Spent all day (after 9 Am anyway) working on and cleaning the kat along with a lot of help from Gary Archer. We got three neon tubes installed under the hood and behind the grill, installed the headrest inserts -hopefully so they won't fall out, fixed the hood release, aligned the deck lid, rocker panels, side panels, headlights, and front fenders, washed, waxed, beffed car and trailer,cleaned new wheels and had new exhaust tips with baffles installed. Oh and Gary waxed his car, too. Time to grill some sirloin, drink a few beers, and get ready for travelinging down I-81 inthe morning.
Richard Jackson	Well I spent all day working. Put in the bug screen, hooked up the Katrack and tried to remember all the stuff I usually forget. AC, I will personally write down all the disparaging remarks that Ed spreads about you since you will not be present to defend yourself. Happy cruising. Bcoffman Gray Ghost	When you see C J, tell her to check her e-mail. I sent an E-Bay auction that I think she and Bob will be interested in. It runs for 3 more days and I don't know if she was going to be able to check her mail. Tell her it looks really interesting. When she sees it, she will understand. ed monahan	CJ and Bob picked up two cases of shirt from me today at 12:15 PM or so. I would think they got to the hotel no later than 6 PM, including a stop for lunch. Phil G. pulled in about 10 minutes after them but was meeting his daughter for lunch in Lexington. He took another case of shirts. I have two smaller cases of shirts, etc. to go with me in the morning. Hoping to be out of here by 9 AM. Sorry you other guys are not going to be with us. We sure had fun the last few events in Colo, S. Dak. and Grand Canyon out west with you all.
sam771	AC I felt very bad too, Sue and I plan to attend Smoky Event, got all the maps from AAA almost have a hotel reserve Sue have a neck pain have cannot sit in the car that long, now seem to be better but still cannot sit on my KAT yet. Have a nice and safe trip for all Smoky Event attendees.
ALLEY CAT	Fred and Debe - It is true, not going to make this event. Mike and Judy wouldn't give me the time off from my museum duties!!! I'll surely miss not being there, especially when Catwoman brings back all of her pictures. Have a safe and fun trip kids! AC

ALLEY CAT	Dawn - my cat sits spotless in the garage for the moment,,,can't do that. Went out to water the trees, but it started to rain! I get no respect Maybe I'll clean each and all of the tile squares on the floor,,,should take me a month to do, lol. Tom said you are incharge of cleaning the Lavka cats,,,,I don't want to bump you out of your job!!!
purplecat	Larry, I am more than willing to relinquish some of my duties to keep a fellow POA member out of trouble. Plus, I figure with your curator experience you may have some great detailing tips.
